- 6:30pm - Arrival Canapes and Hensol Castle Gin Cocktail.
- 7pm - A beautifully prepared 4 Course Dinner paired with I Greppi Bolgheri Tuscan Wine.
- Wines presented by I Greppi Bolgheri’s General Manager, Dale Rees Heatly.
