The Breakfast Series

Hosted by Call of the Wild & Hensol Castle, this quarterly breakfast networking event brings together leaders from across South Wales and beyond to connect with like-minded professionals, gain insight from expert speakers, and explore leadership challenges in a changing world.

Guest speaker: Sue Horne OBE  
Sue Horne OBE is a trailblazer in the UK space exploration, recently honoured with an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours list for her outstanding services to the Space Exploration. With a career spanning over three decades, Sue has played a pivotal role in delivering the UK’s contributions to major international missions with European Space Agency, NASA, and Japanese Space Agency – including the Mars Mission. A champion of STEM outreach, she was awarded an MBE in 2000 for inspiring young people through space science education. As Head of Space Exploration at the UK Space Agency, Sue led national strategy, built strong academic and industry communities, and helped position the UK as a respected partner in both robotic and human space exploration.
